Mainn reason m 2-3 din se Rat ko 2-3-4 bje tk pdh rha hu or 4-5 ghnte hi so rha hu or aaj m abhi 3AM tk pdha hu continuous 4-5 ghnte or ab sone ki lga to ye attack suru ho gye m bahut ghabra gya or. Fir to 1 ghnte se bahut jyaada attack aa chuke hain ...
Dusra reason m 1-2 din se bahut jyada irritated huu or bahut khrab feel kr rha hu bhadak liye rehta hu choti choti bato ki ... Chida rehta hu ..
Or third reason ye hai ki pdhne ka bahut stress liye hue huu ki aaj km pdha jyada nhi pdha itne question nhi hue ye kal itne krunga kal isse bi jyada ghnte pdhna pdega ... Bahut jyada stress tension bhdk ....
